The top 10 sales are as follows:
1. $744K, condominium at 1701 Honoco Road: A condo in Ledyard sold for $743,900. Built in 1984, it has a living area of 768 square feet and was sold for $969 per square foot.
2. $495K, townhouse at 14 Willowbrook Drive: A townhouse in Owasco changed hands for $495,000 in December. The 1,450-square-foot home built in 2000 sold for $341 per square foot.
3. $475K, condominium at 1123 Honoco Road: A 408-square-foot condo in Genoa was sold for $475,000, or $1,164 per square foot. Built in 1991, the deal was finalized on Dec. 26.
4. $390K, single-family residence at 3292 Barrington Way: The property at 3292 Barrington Way in Sennett has new owners after selling for $390,000. The house built in 2007 has a living area of 1,707 square feet and sold for $228 per square foot.
5. $368K, single-family home at 501 Bay Street: A detached house in Fair Haven was sold for $367,500. Built in 1974, the 1,620-square-foot home sold for $227 per square foot.
6. $360K, manufactured home at 1469 Honoco Road: The property at 1469 Honoco Road in Ledyard has new owners after selling for $360,000. The house built in 1950 has a living area of 720 square feet and sold for $500 per square foot.
7. $310K, single-family house at 7058 Canoga Road: A single-family residence in Throop was sold for $310,000. Built in 1919, the 2,897-square-foot home sold for $107 per square foot.
