ackson Walker partners Alfie Meyerson and Brian Harris led the representation of Trammell Crow Co. in the sale of Sail Tower, a 35-story office building in downtown Austin, to Cousins Properties for $521.8 million. This transaction marks the largest office property acquisition in Austin this year.
Completed in 2022, the sail-shaped building is fully leased to Google through 2038 and highlights the confidence in Austin's office market despite rising vacancy rates following the pandemic. "We're proud to have represented Trammell Crow Co. from the project's early days," said Alfie Meyerson.
