rammell Crow Company has promoted Adam Nims to chief investment officer and Billy Hart to chief strategy and underwriting officer. Nims previously led the company's Eastern U.S. region, while Hart joins from CBRE, where he was group president of corporate development in Los Angeles.
In related news, Granite Properties has appointed Paul Bennett as its Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Houston, replacing Scott Martin who is retiring after 26 years with the firm. Bennett has been with Granite since 2000.
The Amherst Group has named Chris Avallone as chief financial officer, effective May 1, succeeding Dallas Lucas who will transition to an advisory role as vice chairman. Avallone joined Amherst in 2018 and previously worked at Goldman Sachs, while Lucas has held executive roles at various firms including TIER real estate investment trust.
