Beach Road boasts 263 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage and sits on 2.7 acres with a private sandy beach and dock with boat lift.
The property was originally known as "The Quarry," where coral was cut to level the backyard. The land once served as a reef quarry, according to Tom Strubinger, marketing director for K2 Realty.
