Charles Kushner pleaded guilty to 18 counts, including tax evasion and witness tampering, and served two years in prison under a plea deal.

Jared Kushner is married to Donald Trump's eldest daughter, Ivanka, and was a former White House senior adviser. Mr. Trump and Charles Kushner have known each other through real estate circles since their children got married in 2009.
