renda Turgeon has been appointed General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower. This luxury residential development, managed by Hines, boasts 166 upscale homes and extensive amenities.
Turgeon brings over two decades of experience with The Ritz-Carlton brand to her new role. Most recently, she served as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston South on Avery Street since 2019. During her tenure, the property received notable awards, including the Mustang Award in 2021 and Property of the Year in 2023.
Turgeon's career with The Ritz-Carlton began in 2003 at the Dearborn, Michigan property, where she rose from Banquet Server to Meetings and Special Events Manager. She later held leadership positions in Philadelphia and Boston before transitioning to her current role.
"I'm thrilled to join this historic project for the City of Boston and Hines," said Turgeon. "I look forward to upholding the highest standards of hospitality for our future residents."
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower will occupy the top 16 floors of the new 51-story South Station Tower, set to open in September 2025. Designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners and Jeffrey Beers International, the residences feature junior one- to three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Residents will have access to world-class amenities on the 36th floor, including a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor terraces, game room, and library lounge. A nearly one-acre Sky Park on the 11th floor offers a wellness-focused retreat with gardens and dining terraces.
