    Both properties were marketed by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.     Jennifer Schumacher, global real‑estate advisor for Russ Lyon, noted that Tempe’s rapid growth is reflected in these high‑end listings and that the Tally Ho Estate sets a new benchmark for the city’s real‑estate market.

    Earlier this month, a Scottsdale luxury home with an 18‑car garage went on sale for nearly $7 million.
