wo high-profile real estate brokerages have expanded into Northwest Arkansas with their first offices in the state. The Agency, a global luxury brokerage based in Los Angeles, has opened an office at 809 N.W. Third St. in Bentonville. Led by managing partners Kaala House and Calah Andelman, along with managing director Alex Andelman, the office will serve clients in Bentonville and surrounding areas.
Bentonville's rapid development and proximity to major corporate headquarters made it an attractive location for The Agency, which has opened 25 new offices this year and now operates over 120 offices across 12 countries. With sales reaching $12.43 billion in 2023, the company is considered one of the fastest-growing U.S. companies.
SVN / Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, a land brokerage based in Lakeland, Florida, has also established an office in Fayetteville at 112 W. Center St., Suite 501. David Hill will lead the office as regional managing director and is currently hiring staff to join the two already on board.
The firm sees Arkansas' land market as ripe for investment and plans to build a team that understands the local real estate landscape while embodying its values of integrity and service. With over $2 billion in transactions brokered over the past three years, SVN / Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate is confident in the potential of Northwest Arkansas' land market.
