United Real Estate Unveils Program Launches and Announcements at Elevate 2025 Conference

A
t its Elevate 2025 conference, United Real Estate unveiled a slate of innovative initiatives designed to empower agents and propel the company forward in an increasingly competitive market. The event, held in Arlington, Texas from March 19-22, brought together industry leaders, experts, and affiliated professionals from across the country for a dynamic program of networking, awards, and professional development.

United's commitment to agent success was evident in several key announcements made during the conference. The company is launching a proprietary Resi-Investment Curriculum, a 12-course program that will equip agents with the skills needed to succeed in real estate investment. This comprehensive curriculum, which includes mentorship, will be offered free of charge to affiliates, providing a new income opportunity that could typically cost thousands per month elsewhere.

To further support its agents, United has introduced Bullseye Marketplace, a single access point that leverages the company's size and purchasing power to provide pre-negotiated, low-cost vendor partnerships. This innovative platform addresses the holistic needs of agents and brokers, offering a range of services including discounted Zillow Showcase listings, high-definition photography, 3D tours, an automobile refinance program, DocuSign, and health club memberships.

United's Financial Wellness Program has also achieved significant milestones, with affiliates retaining over $150 million more in commission than those at traditional brokerages in 2024. The program, which includes the Dave Ramsey Smart Dollar program, has helped agents eliminate $4.3 million in debt and achieve new savings. In addition, United's wealth planning fiduciary partner is helping agents meet and exceed retirement goals, with one participant able to retire four years earlier than anticipated.

The company's LeadBoost lead generation platform has delivered 32 million marketing impressions and 23,000 referral-free leads to agents in the past year. To further enhance its lead generation capabilities, United is launching additional specialized programs, including a Luxury Marketing Leads Program and a Video Marketing Leads Program.

According to Dan Duffy, CEO of United Real Estate, the company's commitment to innovation is essential in an industry where outside forces are attempting to replace traditional brokerages. "Our agents deserve better," he emphasized, "and we will continue to innovate so they can thrive." Despite the challenges of 2024, United's agent transaction count grew 13%, and Rick Haase, President of United Real Estate, expressed optimism for the future, citing the potential for Bullseye Marketplace to provide a new layer of support for agents.

United Real Estate operates in 34 states with 170 offices and over 22,000 agents, producing over 73,000 transactions and $26.3 billion in sales volume in 2024. As part of its industry-leading flat-fee compensation model, United returns the highest percentage of gross commissions to agents among national brokerages.
