nited Real Estate has launched a new North Carolina franchise partnership, United Real Estate | Tri-County, based in Wilson. This strategic move expands the company's east coast service footprint from Upstate New York to South Florida and complements existing operations in North Carolina.
As part of this partnership, United | Tri-County affiliates will gain access to powerful marketing tools, agent training programs, and innovative services that enhance transactions for agents and clients. Co-owners Thomas Whitley and Dylan Stroud are driving growth as a regional firm, leveraging a 100% agent compensation model that provides more funds for marketing properties.
United Real Estate President Rick Haase praised the partnership, saying it aligns with the company's mission to support agents' success. Whitley noted that United | Tri-County will offer unique experiences for agents and clients, combining local expertise with national resources.
Stroud outlined the company's growth strategy, stating they can now invest in agent development and expand their regional presence. The partnership has created momentum and excitement within the office and community.
United Real Estate operates in 32 states with 159 offices and over 21,000 agents, producing over 70,000 transactions and $27.8 billion in sales volume in 2023. The company's innovative agent compensation model is considered an industry disruptor, providing a flat fee for every transaction rather than a broker commission split.
United Real Estate Group operates United Real Estate and United Country Real Estate, addressing unique market needs across suburban, metropolitan, and rural areas. The company supports over 590 offices and 23,100 real estate professionals worldwide, producing over 89,000 transactions and $35.2 billion in sales volume in 2023.
