United Realty Group Launches in South Carolina Market

United Real Estate Expands Strategic Presence in Greater Charlotte Region

T
he merger reinforces United's eastern service area, stretching from Miami to Upstate New York, and complements existing operations in the Carolinas. This expansion is part of United's U.S. growth strategy, driven by the success of its affiliates despite a downturn in the national real estate market.

United Real Estate | Queen City has expanded into South Carolina with a new franchise affiliation in Fort Mill, marking the company's second location and expanding its service footprint from Charlotte to the Carolinas. The move reinforces United's eastern service areas, spanning over 1,000 miles from Miami to Upstate New York.

United President Rick Haase highlights the success of United | Queen City, citing Ernie Becker's leadership in building a strong core operation and assembling talented employees and agents. Despite a softening real estate market in 2023 and 2024, United | Queen City increased transactions and revenue, prompting United to accelerate its strategic growth plan.

Ernie and Beth Becker attribute the expansion to meeting buyer and seller demand in South Carolina and gaining more South Carolina agents who can conduct business from either office. They emphasize their focus on seamless operations for agents to serve clients' needs, with plans for a third location within 30 minutes of a United office from anywhere in Greater Charlotte.

United's service area expansion offers agents differentiating services, including powerful property marketing and branding platforms, buyer lead generation systems, marketing automation, national referral networks, and flat-fee agent compensation models. These services attract clients and create outstanding client experiences.
