The four AI specialists included in the team can handle tasks such as lead nurturing, SEO optimization, digital advertising, and blog creation without the need for human hires. This product aims to eliminate the complexity and overhead associated with traditional marketing teams.
The AI marketing team is powered by PresenceAI, a proprietary technology that combines AI, large language models, and real-time MLS feeds. According to Luxury Presence Founder Malte Kramer, this tool will enable agents to improve their online presence while reducing time and money spent on marketing.
York Baur, former CEO of MoxiWorks, has joined Lone Wolf Technologies as chief industry relations officer.
