olliers | Arkansas, Generations Bank, and Walker Brothers have joined forces to bring a state-of-the-art development to the Uptown District of Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. The Collection at Uptown will be home to Generations Bank's corporate headquarters and a new branch location, as well as a storefront for Walker Brothers and office space for Colliers | Arkansas.
Generations Bank, with roots dating back to 1907, sees this move as an opportunity to better serve Northwest Arkansas. "We're excited to unveil our new corporate headquarters and branch location, expected to open in the third quarter of 2025," said Jon Harrell, CEO and Chairman of Generations Bank. "This move reflects our commitment to serving the NWA community with top-notch service and convenience."
The new space will accommodate the bank's growing team while enhancing customer experience through advanced technology and a convenient setting. Walker Brothers, established in 1903, is also relocating to The Collection at Uptown. Its spacious storefront, opening in early 2025, will feature an expanded range of high-end apparel and accessories.
