    Real Brokerage has experienced significant growth despite the sluggish housing market, with revenue reaching $1 billion in 2024 and agent count increasing by nearly 80%. Srivatsaa joined Real as president in December 2022 and has been instrumental in the company's success. He was ranked among the top 30 most powerful people in real estate this year, alongside CEO Tamir Poleg.

    As a "servant leader," Srivatsaa prioritized agent morale and prepared them for the post-settlement future. He also championed Real's cloud-based revenue share model, which he believes will set a new precedent for the industry. The transition is set to take effect on June 1, pending board approval.
