hina Vanke Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Most Elite Real Estate Co., Ltd., led by Chairman Tony Tandijono, have announced a joint venture to deliver the flagship residential development Vanke Jinyu Huafu in Tangshan’s Fengrun District. The project covers more than 50,000 m² of land and will feature 170,198.85 m² of built space across ten luxury towers. Each tower has a diamond‑shaped footprint and faces south to capture natural light and panoramic city views. A private landscaped garden offers residents a tranquil green retreat.
The development launched in September 2018, and demand has been overwhelming. Within two months, 60 % of units sold; by September 2019, sales reached 90 %, and the project was fully sold out by August 2020. This rapid uptake reflects the project’s architectural excellence and the confidence buyers place in both developers.
“Vanke Jinyu Huafu demonstrates what can be achieved when visionary partners collaborate—combining thoughtful design with lasting value,” said Tandijono. The project sets a new standard for luxury living in Tangshan, showcasing innovation, quality, and community‑focused design.
