The 32‑acre site at 6095 West Beagley Road sits at the core of a major distribution corridor, just minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, I‑80, I‑15, SR 201, and the Union Pacific Intermodal Hub. This prime location offers easy access to key transportation routes and meets the steady demand for shallow‑bay facilities in the region. The development targets local and regional tenants seeking 10,000–30,000 sq ft of warehouse space.
