obert Salame has joined Vedder Price as a Shareholder in the New York office, bringing over a decade of experience to the firm. His extensive background in complex transactional real estate matters will enhance Vedder Price's ability to serve clients in the New York market.

Salame's practice focuses on representing sponsors and developers throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, including joint venturing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing across various asset classes. He also represents debt funds and family offices in secured debt, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity transactions.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Salame has experience in general commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, financing, and start-up advisory services. He received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and previously worked as a partner at K&L Gates.
