federal judge in Washington D.C. has ordered Venezuela's state-owned oil company to defend itself against an Oklahoma-based drilling company's lawsuit. The dispute stems from the seizure of the drilling company's rigs in Venezuela, which were taken at gunpoint.

    The ruling allows the Oklahoma-based petroleum contract drilling company to proceed with its claim against the Venezuelan oil company.
