rinity Capital Advisors has bolstered its development team with a seasoned local expert. Jon Wilson, a 30-year industry veteran, has joined the Charlotte-based commercial real estate investment firm as senior vice president of development. Wilson brings nearly three decades of experience to Trinity Capital, having spent 19 years at Childress Klein in various director roles, most recently leading industrial development efforts.

    As senior vice president of development, Wilson will oversee key aspects of project development, including site analysis, entitlements, design, construction, and building commissioning. Initially, he will focus on advancing Trinity Capital's industrial platform.
