ilson Fauber, a pastor and real estate agent, has been found guilty of hate speech by the National Association of Realtors after exhausting his appeals. The conviction stems from a 2015 Facebook post in which he publicly denounced homosexuality using Bible scripture. Initially convicted in late 2024, Fauber announced plans to appeal but was ultimately unsuccessful when the decision was upheld by the Virginia Association of Realtors in February 2025.
Fauber has now taken to social media, stating that he is drafting a lawsuit against the Realtors Association.
