airfax County police have charged a 46-year-old real estate agent and volunteer EMT, Christopher Dudley, with allegedly having inappropriate contact with multiple minors dating back to 2004. The investigation began after Child Protective Services received a referral about an adult male inappropriately touching a child on July 15, 2025.
Detectives learned that Dudley had inappropriately touched the victim on numerous occasions and identified three additional victims who also disclosed similar incidents. The incidents date back to 2004, with some occurring as recently as this year.
Dudley is currently working as a real estate agent and volunteers as an EMT with the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad in Maryland. He has been placed on involuntary administrative leave by the squad due to the allegations.
The police are seeking other potential victims and urge anyone with information about this case or others possibly related to contact them at 703-246-7800, option #4. Dudley was arrested on July 24 and is being held without bond, facing charges of aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties by a custodian.
