Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:VMAR) announced the sale of the property at 300 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, Florida. The company will merge operations into its adjacent showroom at 139 Shore Court, streamlining its North Palm Beach footprint while continuing to serve Florida customers through the Nautical Ventures network.
After acquiring Nautical Ventures in June 2025, Vision Marine gained rights to related properties and the proceeds from their sale. Following mortgage repayment, the company received roughly US$2 million in net proceeds, which were used to reduce floor‑plan financing.
CEO Alexandre Mongeon said the consolidation will generate annual savings of up to US$0.8 million without hurting sales. Since the acquisition, Vision Marine has cut floor‑plan balances, tightened inventory, lowered overhead, and broadened its product line with Nimbus Boats, Hydrofin hydrofoils, Taiga electric watercraft, Otter paddles, and new E‑Motion integrations, including dual‑E‑Motion powerboats with Sterk Boats.
The move reflects Vision Marine’s disciplined capital allocation and strategic consolidation, unlocking value from non‑core assets and positioning the company for scalable growth ahead of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) and the upcoming retail season. It also supports a broader strategy to expand e‑commerce, accelerate the electric division, and align the Nautical Ventures retail and service network with Vision Marine’s proprietary E‑Motion™ platform. FLIBS will showcase the integrated platform and expanded product offering.
Vision Marine is a disruptive marine technology firm delivering premium on‑water experiences across electric and internal‑combustion segments. Its E‑Motion™ 180E high‑voltage electric propulsion system is the first fully industrialized marine powertrain. Through the Nautical Ventures network, the company operates one of Florida’s leading multi‑brand dealership platforms across eight locations, creating a connected marine ecosystem of technology, distribution, and after‑sales services.
