Washington Law Firm Explores Retail Leasing with Victoria Luo's Team

Washington Ho recruits commercial team from Nan & Company Properties to boost Houston market presence.

W
ashington Ho, a reality TV star and founder of White House Global Properties, has strengthened his firm's presence in the Houston market by recruiting a commercial team from Nan & Company Properties. Led by Victoria Luo, the four-person team includes Rami King, Erika De Leon, and Anmol Dalwadi.

Luo's expertise in the Chinese market aligns with White House's strategy to tap into global markets and expand its client base. The team will support several of Ho's ongoing development projects, including an 8-acre "eater-tainment" project in Katy, which is set to break ground later this year.

The project, featuring restaurants, entertainment venues, and a 120-key hotel, marks White House's first endeavor in the Houston area. As part of its broader expansion, the brokerage is also working on a restaurant row project along Highway 249 in northwest Houston, with Luo's team playing a central role.

Ho has also partnered with Huynh Investment Group for a $100 million investment initiative focused on developing properties in Chinatowns across Houston, Arlington, and other cities outside Texas.
