ASHINGTON STATE - The state's real estate market has seen a significant surge in active listings, marking the largest year-over-year increase since 2022. According to June housing data from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, all 27 counties within their service area reported double-digit gains in active listings, with a notable 38.8% jump from June 2024 and an 8.3% rise from May 2025. This uptick in inventory may signal a shift towards a more balanced market. Meanwhile, the median home price rose to $670,000 in June, a 1.5% increase from May, while closed sales edged up 1% compared to last year.
