Meanwhile, Craig and Laurie Dupuis took possession of 47 Harrison Ave. from George and Judith Bowley, Trustees of the Bowley Family Trust, for $1,050,000.
In other Newport news, Gentile Properties, LLC, and 34 Poplar NP LLC sold 34 Poplar St. to William Smiley for $965,000.
