    In Newport, a trio of sales marked the week's beginning. Red Cross Avenue, LLC parted ways with 0 Red Cross Ave., handing over the keys to Thomas & Camille Reiser for $2.2 million. Meanwhile, Eleven Catherine Street, LLC sold Unit C at 11 Catherine St. to John Ficaro and Kimberly LaFontaine, Trustees of the Ficaro-LaFontaine Living Trust, for a tidy $585,000.

    In Middletown, Sandi Warner made a splash by selling 6 Bristol Rd. to John Gullison for $525,000. The transaction marked a notable shift in the local market.

    Further south, Portsmouth saw its share of deals. Frank and Karen McNeilly sold 65 Raymond Dr. to Jake Spiteri and Kerri Doherty for a whopping $1.225 million. Tracy Ashton, Trustee of the Linda Theriault Trust, also made a significant sale, handing over 90 Rebels Way to David McGovern and Lynda Nunes for $752,500.
