Luxurious estate features 6 bedrooms, 12 baths, basketball court, and movie theater.

T
he Weston estate of former Celtics co-owner and Raptor Group founder Jim Pallotta has hit the market for $38 million. The 21,000-square-foot English Country-style home features six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a basketball court, movie theater, and more.

Built in 2006 on 19 acres of land, the estate is a rare find in Weston due to its size and acreage. Despite its sprawling layout, the home still conveys a sense of family warmth, according to Maggie Gold Seelig of MGS Group Real Estate. "It's like a giant hug," she said.

A unique feature of the home is the room dedicated to Jim's wife Kim Pallotta's collection of antique Santa Clauses. The space is described as "magical" and instantly transports visitors into the joy of the holiday season.

The estate also boasts a stunning kitchen with two islands, pizza oven, and fireplace, as well as spacious living and dining rooms and two offices. The lower level features a billiards room, theater, gym, bar, gaming area, and wine cellar, while the outdoor space offers a flexible sense of indoor/outdoor living.

Additional amenities include an outdoor screened-in terrace with grill and fireplace, swimming pool, pool house, four-car garage, and basketball court. Ten additional acres of land comprising four buildable lots can be sold for an additional price.
