oodwin is bolstering its real estate finance practice by recruiting two partners from Willkie Farr & Gallagher. The firm announced the move on Tuesday, with Noah Bilenker and Christine Murphy joining its ranks. Bilenker, who joined Willkie in 2021, specializes in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on secured loans for debt funds and lenders. Murphy, who came aboard in 2022 from Katten Muchin Rosenman, advises on a wide range of commercial property deals, including office, retail, hotels, resorts, and multi-family projects.
