amber Development and Wheelock Street Capital have completed a state-of-the-art industrial warehouse and distribution facility at 800 Salem Street in Wilmington, MA. Spanning 237,800 square feet, this cutting-edge building is one of the first fully electric industrial properties in Massachusetts.

    Key features include 36-foot clear heights, 5,000 Amps of power, and 32 EV-ready parking spaces. The building also boasts a solar-ready roof, full air conditioning and heating, and 47 loading docks.
