T
homas Whitley and Dylan Stroud have joined forces to launch United Real Estate Tri-County, a real estate company focused on serving agents in Wilson, Nash, Edgecombe, and Wayne counties. The goal is to become a household name and establish a strong presence in the community.
Whitley, a Beddingfield High School graduate, returned to his hometown after working in Greenville, where he had previously opened an office with 30 agents in 2022. Stroud bought out Whitley's partner at the end of last year, and they now have 25 agents under their umbrella.
United Real Estate Tri-County is committed to providing its agents with hands-on support and local expertise, combined with access to national resources through its partnership with United Real Estate. The company focuses on putting agents first, prioritizing their needs and allowing them to work flexibly from the office or remotely.
Whitley's vision for the company is centered around delivering exceptional service to clients, which he believes will ultimately lead to better outcomes for both agents and customers. Agents can choose how they want to work, whether in-person at the 3713 Nash St. NW office or virtually, to meet their clients' needs.
United Real Estate Tri-County has undergone a name change from United Real Estate East Carolina Wilson and Rocky Mount since Stroud joined the team. For more information on the company or to contact an agent, visit unitedrealestatetri-county.com.
