Yoenis Céspedes lists massive Florida ranch for $30M near Mets' spring training

La Potencia II: A Potential Record-Breaking Private Residential Sale.

F
ormer MLB star Yoenis Céspedes is listing his sprawling 378-acre ranch in Port St. Lucie, Florida for $30 million, a price that could make it one of the most expensive private residential sales in the area.

The estate, known as La Potencia II, was designed as a multipurpose retreat reflecting Céspedes's passions for sport and seclusion. At its center is a 15,785-square-foot main residence with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two powder rooms, featuring a professional-grade kitchen, soaring ceilings, and indoor/outdoor living areas.

Additional structures bring the total built square footage to over 31,000. Amenities include a full gym, state-of-the-art batting cage, game processing facility, 12-stall horse stable with training yards, and barbershop modeled after Céspedes's personal grooming preferences.

The property offers complete privacy while being within close reach of Port St. Lucie's sports infrastructure, including the New York Mets' spring training facility. Céspedes purchased the land in 2016 for approximately $15 million, retaining this portion from a larger 3,000-acre tract after selling off much of it.

Completed in 2018, La Potencia II features an outdoor pool, heated spa, screened patio, and tropical landscaping. The listing is held by Julian Johnston and Lina Agosto of the Corcoran Group, with no comment provided on the reason for Céspedes's sale from his spokesperson.
