This partnership marks a new chapter for the team, which previously collaborated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for five years.

    At the helm of The ZK Group is Zak Knebel, a seasoned industry expert with 19 years of experience under his belt. A native of Oak Park, Knebel has consistently demonstrated exceptional results, having overseen over $41 million in transactions last year alone. His own history with @properties dates back to 2017, when he worked alongside the company for three years.

    The team's collective expertise is a testament to their success, boasting over 100 years of combined real estate experience among its members, including Camille Hoover, Victoria Witt, Jeanette Madock, Alice Fox McMahon, and Jeffrey O’Connor.
