Niklas Querfeld, previously serving as Managing Director for aptum, has expanded his role within the corporate group by acquiring shares. This personnel change underscores the further development of aptum's leadership structure.
Mr. Querfeld joined aptum just one year after its founding. During this time, he progressed through various positions, starting as an Associate in Retail Leasing & Investment, up to leading the Hanover location as Managing Director. His development reflects the company's internal growth strategy.
With this step, Niklas Querfeld joins the existing group of partners. This previously included Dominik Talhof, the founder of aptum in February 2021, as well as Philipp Hertel and Florian Wehr. The latter joined the group at the end of 2023 as part of the expansion into Nuremberg. Michael Urmann and Philipp Ott exited the partnership at the end of 2023 and in March 2025, respectively.
Significance of the new role
Dominik Talhof, Co-Founder and CEO of the aptum Group, commented on this development. He emphasised that Mr. Querfeld had significantly shaped the company's development almost from the outset and had always regarded the company as his own. From this perspective, the acquisition of shares is a logical consequence, enabling Mr. Querfeld to bear even more responsibility for the company's future direction in his role as a partner.
Niklas Querfeld commented on his new position, stating that he does not expect any significant change in his daily commitment, although he appreciates the trust of his fellow partners. He reaffirmed the shared intention to continue pursuing the company's objectives energetically. This continuity in approach, combined with formalised co-responsibility, signals a stable and targeted continuation of the corporate strategy.
