Ampega Asset Management GmbH reports a significant leasing success in Frankfurt's banking district. ODDO BHF SE, a European financial group, will be a future tenant in SKYPER. The company intends to occupy a total of approximately 14,700 square metres of office space, distributed between the listed villa at Taunusanlage 1 and the SKYPER Tower. This transaction is one of the notable office lettings for 2026 in Frankfurt and signals a sustained demand for high-quality office space in the banking district.
As part of this tenancy, the historic villa will undergo comprehensive modernisation and will be fitted out to a high standard according to jointly developed concepts. It will feature prestigious client and staff areas, as well as communal spaces with an employee restaurant and café. The spaces in the SKYPER Tower will also be individually designed to meet the quality standards of ODDO BHF SE. Occupation of the premises is scheduled for 2029. The decision for this location was based on its prime position in Frankfurt's banking district, the high building quality, and the ability to meet all of ODDO BHF SE's functional requirements in SKYPER. The combination of a listed villa and a modern high-rise offers a specific blend of prestigious and contemporary working environments in the Frankfurt office market.
The leasing success reflects the continuous further development of SKYPER. In recent years, the building's public areas have been extensively modernised and redesigned. The lobby and lift lobby on the ground floor now present a contemporary design. A large-format LED screen in the entrance area provides information for tenants and visitors. Another addition is the light installation 'Entangled Emotions' by Danish artist Jeppe Hein in the forecourt of the high-rise. These three sculptural streetlights characterise the public space and illustrate the integration of architecture, art, and urban life.
Additionally, a modern bike hub will open in late summer. This supports sustainable mobility for tenants through comfortable bicycle parking spaces, changing facilities, and other services.
Oliver Köch, Head of Asset Management and Leasing at Ampega Asset Management GmbH and representative of the owner, stated that with ODDO BHF, SKYPER is gaining a renowned tenant from the European financial sector, which places high demands on location quality, functionality, and modern working environments. He emphasised that fulfilling these requirements through the combination of a historic villa and a modern high-rise is particularly gratifying. The letting confirms the success of SKYPER's consistent further development, which, with its flexible usage concept, is one of the attractive office locations in Frankfurt's banking district. ODDO BHF SE was advised on the lease by BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH, which also acts as Investor & Asset Advisory for the owner of SKYPER.
