Hotel property company Pandox has taken over the operations of six hotels in Germany. The properties were previously operated by REVO Hospitality Group, which filed for insolvency at the beginning of 2026. By stepping directly into hotel operations, Pandox is securing continued business across all affected locations.
The six properties comprise a total of 1,243 rooms and have been owned by Pandox for several years. Following the completion of the operational takeover, the hotel owner will manage the assets directly under its own responsibility. All hotels will continue to trade under their established and familiar brands.
Portfolio preservation and nationwide locations
The affected portfolio is spread across several economically strong regions and trade fair centres in Germany. The properties include renowned conference destinations as well as city-centre business hotels with an established customer base.
- —Dorint an den Westfalenhallen Dortmund and Dorint Hotel am Dom Erfurt
- —Pullman Stuttgart Fontana
- —Mercure Hotel Munich Neuperlach Süd and Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Ost
- —Mercure Hotel Schweinfurt Maininsel
This step ensures seamless continuity for overnight guests, corporate clients and business partners. Regular accommodation services, conference events and commercial bookings will continue without interruption at the usual standard across all six locations.
Needs-based investment and a long-term outlook
By assuming direct operational responsibility, Pandox is laying the foundation for the future positioning of the properties. The company announced plans to develop the sites in line with requirements and make targeted capital expenditure in the buildings where needed.
At the same time, the company thanked employees, partners and guests for their support during the challenging past months. With the transition to direct operations now completed, the hotels are focused on long-term stable performance in the German hotel market.
