PHOENIX Living GmbH has announced the acquisition of Villa CLARA, thereby strengthening its commitment to the listed Art Nouveau Park Haar near Munich. This purchase marks the company's third project within this quarter, which formerly served as a psychiatric clinic. The properties will be converted into rental flats through a heritage-compliant renovation. In total, 123 flats with a combined living space of approximately 12,100 square metres are being created in Art Nouveau Park Haar.
Villa CLARA itself, a building constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, defines the architectural character of the location. Its revitalisation will create 31 new flats. PHOENIX Living is thus continuing the development of the site, where all projects have already been sold in full to capital investors before construction began. This underlines both the attractiveness of the location and investors' confidence in the developer's project quality.
