Property investment and management company Landmark Management will move its offices to Midtown East, near Grand Central Terminal. This was announced by the landlord, Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT). Landmark Management has signed a lease for 12,168 square feet on the 52nd floor of ESRT's One Grand Central Place. Previously, the company occupied offices at 115 East 69th Street on the Upper East Side.

The precise terms regarding the rent per square foot and the duration of the lease were not disclosed by ESRT. However, the average asking rent for office space in Midtown in the second quarter of 2026 was $86.18 per square foot, according to a report by CBRE.

ESRT's in-house representatives, Ryan Kass, Jordan Berger, Shanae Ursini, and Kerry Lavelle, were supported in this transaction by a team from Newmark. This Newmark team consisted of Scott Klau, William Cohen, Erik Harris, and Neil Rubin. For the tenant, Landmark Management, Christopher Corrinet and Evan Fiddle from CBRE led the negotiations. Neither Newmark nor CBRE immediately responded to requests for comment.

Landmark Management's relocation underscores the continued attractiveness of Midtown East as a preferred location for financial and professional services firms. One Grand Central Place, a 55-story building situated between Madison and Park Avenues on East 42nd Street, already houses several notable tenants. These include the financial and advisory firm Gerson Lehrman Group, which expanded its space to 95,612 square feet in November 2025.

Financial technology company iCapital also expanded to 219,928 square feet in the building in February 2025. Furthermore, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank operates a large retail space on the ground floor of the building; Chase renewed its lease for 21,683 square feet in February 2026.
