PROXITY and Meyer Quick Service Logistics GmbH & Co. KG (QSL) have agreed a long-term lease extension for the temperature-controlled logistics property located in Dornstadt (Baden-Württemberg). The agreement secures the use of the property, which totals 11,850 square metres, by QSL, a specialist in temperature-controlled food logistics and part of the Quick Service Logistics Group.
The property, built in 2004, is located at Dieselstraße 4 and is fully leased to QSL. It includes specific areas for freezer, chilled and dry storage, as well as office spaces. Dornstadt represents a central hub in QSL's Southern German distribution network, which underscores the strategic importance of this property.
Economic Terms and Asset Management
As part of this contract extension, improved economic terms and an annual rent adjustment were established. These adjustments reflect the dynamic market conditions and the long-term partnership between PROXITY and QSL.
