Frankfurt-based project developer OMNIDOCKS and Düsseldorf-based PRODAC have completed the RUHR Logistics Park in Castrop-Rauxel on time. The finished logistics and warehouse property at Klöckner Straße 55 is available for companies seeking a location for sole occupancy in a central area of the Ruhr region.
On an approximately 18,300 square metre site, which was previously used for industrial purposes, a single-tenant unit was built with around 7,575 square metres of hall space, approximately 580 square metres of office and social space, and around 350 square metres of mezzanine space.
