Scott Disick has put a newly built villa in Hidden Hills up for sale for US$19.995 million. He transformed the property into an expansive, modern compound alongside his business partner Benny Luciano. The duo acquired the original 1960s estate for US$5 million before embarking on a complete rebuild with designer Noa Santos of NAINOA.
The former house was replaced by an 11,227 square foot residence featuring Belgian-inspired architecture and a warm Californian design. Completed this year, the property spans just over an acre and includes a seven-bedroom main residence, as well as a detached guest house, a gym, and a barn.
Impressive Features and Design
The path to the property leads via a straight gravel drive running under a canopy of olive trees. Low-level landscaping and integrated ground lighting guide the way to the entrance. This is framed by glass and stone, and a front door with concealed hinges greets visitors. Inside, smooth plastered walls and ceilings combined with solid white oak floors define the main storey.
Beyond the entrance area, there is a front reception room centred around a fireplace set into vertical ribbed plaster panelling. Integrated display shelves are present in the wall on both sides. Adjacent to the seating area, a floating white oak staircase leads through the main living spaces, its sculpted walls winding around the steps, while small lights accentuate the staircase's course.
Luxurious Amenities and Outdoor Areas
The property offers numerous unique amenities beyond the main living spaces. These include a professional cinema with upholstered wall panels and a wall-to-wall projection screen, a private office behind black-framed glass doors, and a speakeasy-style bar area with a concealed entrance door that can be used as both an indoor and outdoor space.
The outdoor area is designed as a series of connected gathering spots. The main house opens directly to the pool and detached buildings. An outdoor lounge under a wooden pergola with stone columns offers views of the entire garden and outbuildings. The listing is by Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX ONE, along with Kozet Luciano and Andre Manoukian of Compass.
