His professional career led him to renowned US investment banks such as Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Furthermore, he worked for Baader Bank, where as Head of Corporate Broking he supported numerous companies in accessing international institutional investors. His experience includes over 1,000 roadshows and transactions with a volume exceeding one billion euros. This has enabled him to build a broad network of small and mid-cap investors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

He highlighted that with Sebastian Holl, the company gains a proven corporate finance and capital market expert who brings a first-class investor network. This appointment represents an important milestone for the planned scaling of the Nexum Group and complements a Management Board team that is excellently positioned in its breadth and depth to consistently shape the next growth phase.
Sebastian Holl himself commented on his new role. He stated that Nexum Group addresses two key challenges in the residential property market: project funding and the creation of an attractive product for investors and prospective tenants. He emphasised that the business model is consistently designed for a reduced risk profile. This is achieved by focusing on projects with advanced building permits, short project durations, and efficient capital rotation. This strategy leads to faster turnovers, higher cash flows, and thus a structurally increased attractiveness for all capital partners.
