CBRE Investment Management ("CBRE IM") has concluded a significant long-term lease agreement with the Geis Group. This comprises an additional logistics space of approximately 10,000 square metres in the "An der Gehespitz" property in Neu-Isenburg. With this expansion, the Geis Group will utilise a total area of around 36,500 square metres within the aforementioned property. The term of the newly agreed contract is approximately ten years.
The Geis Group's decision to significantly expand its existing space represents the second area enlargement by an anchor tenant within a short period at this property. Annabelle Dierks, Head of Asset Management Logistics Germany at CBRE Investment Management, stated that this development confirms the company's work. She emphasised that such long-term decisions are made where there is a high degree of compatibility between properties and user requirements.

The Neu-Isenburg location is considered an established logistics address within the Rhine-Main region. This results from its immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport and direct access to the federal motorways A3 and A5. These infrastructure advantages contribute significantly to positioning the property as a central hub for logistics activities.
The continued collaboration with the Geis Group and the full occupancy of the property reflect CBRE Investment Management's successful asset management strategy. The sustained demand for logistics space in this region also underlines the location's importance for national and international supply chains.
