SINGU, one of Europe's leading providers of AI-powered cloud software for facility maintenance, ESG and building management, has institutionalised its brand presence in Germany. As part of this development, Berlin-based net-haus GmbH, which was acquired by SINGU in September 2025, will henceforth operate under the name SINGU Germany GmbH. This measure marks the conclusion of a comprehensive integration process.

The acquisition of net-haus, a software provider specialising in the real estate sector, served to expand SINGU's presence in Germany and across the entire DACH region. Since the acquisition, the existing expertise, teams and product portfolios of both companies have been progressively merged. The result is an extended range of services for shared customers, who receive a scalable, AI-powered cloud solution for digital property, facility and ESG management through the combination of both platforms.

Strategic Consolidation and Customer Benefits

Peter Vollmer, Managing Director DACH at SINGU, commented on the rebranding. He stated that the renaming to SINGU Germany creates a clear and unified brand presence and visibly concludes the integration process externally. By merging the brands, teams and expertise, product quality will be enhanced, and the service portfolio will be precisely expanded.

Minh Chung, Vice President DACH Sales at SINGU, added that this step signifies continuity in cooperation for customers. At the same time, it offers the prospect of benefiting from the opportunities of a pan-European platform. The integration of net-haus was therefore an important step to link local market experience with the European platform strategy.

Expansion of Market Activities and Future Goals

SINGU is pursuing the consistent further development of its market activities in the DACH region. With its all-in-one platform, the company addresses key challenges in the real estate sector. The aim is to counteract fragmented operating processes, growing demands for data quality and reporting, and increasing cost pressure. Concurrently, the demand for innovative management solutions is to be comprehensively met.

  • SINGU as a leading European provider of AI-powered cloud software for facility maintenance, ESG and building management.
  • Rebranding of the acquired net-haus GmbH as SINGU Germany GmbH.
  • Expansion of market presence in Germany and the DACH region.
  • Provision of a scalable, AI-powered cloud solution for digital property, facility and ESG management.
