Capital 27 Investment Group GmbH has appointed Felix Bindrich as Chief Operating Officer. The Frankfurt am Main-based company operates as an independent corporate and real estate finance boutique. In his new role, Bindrich will take on operational management of the firm, oversee the further development of advisory and investment processes, and drive the expansion of the platform. As part of these responsibilities, he will work closely with company founder Dr Daniel Schmidt.
Bindrich brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and real estate investment across Germany and Europe to the role. Throughout his career to date, he has advised on numerous transactions, financings and complex capital situations. His professional background covers the core areas that define Capital 27's specific advisory approach.
Growth in advisory and principal investments
Since its foundation in early 2026, Capital 27 has advised on several complex financing and capital structure mandates for real estate and corporate clients. The scope has ranged from traditional financings and refinancings to special situations.
Dr Daniel Schmidt, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capital 27, stated that Bindrich combines in-depth corporate and real estate finance as well as M&A expertise with strong operational acumen. His appointment represents an essential step in expanding the advisory business while selectively pursuing proprietary investments alongside partners.
Structuring aligned interests
Bindrich pointed to the firm's core principle that incentives drive outcomes. He noted that he was convinced by the concept of structuring capital in a way that aligns the interests of all parties involved as closely as possible. Together with the team, he aims to further develop the platform and act as a reliable sounding board for clients and partners in advisory and investment.
