sonnenklar.TV, an established travel channel, and Touristik Vertriebsgesellschaft (TVG), which acts as the franchisor for sonnenklar.TV travel agencies, are changing their location. Both companies are relocating their current shared headquarters from Landsberger Straße 88 in Munich to Park Village in Unterföhring. This move is scheduled for December 2026.
Approximately 130 employees from both companies will work in the new premises at Beta-Straße 10. A significant part of this move is the establishment of a new, larger television studio for sonnenklar.TV's live operations, which is currently being built at the new location. The owner of Park Village is the Moll Immobilien Group.
The move to Unterföhring is considered a strategic decision. Kristijan Schellinger, Managing Director of sonnenklar.TV, stated that the new location is a logical step to continue the proven teamwork between the channel and sales at one of Germany's most important media hubs. He sees it as providing ideal conditions for further networking television, tourism, and sales.
Xaver Moll, Managing Director of Moll Immobilien Holding, welcomed the arrival of the travel channel. He emphasised that with sonnenklar.TV, a television channel successful for 25 years has been gained for the Unterföhring media hub. Moll highlighted that Park Village offers an environment where media companies and modern working environments can be combined. The integration of sonnenklar.TV's new studio at the site enhances the attractiveness of the move.
With the upcoming move, sonnenklar.TV's more than 15-year presence at Landsberger Straße, where the channel's headquarters had been located since 2010, comes to an end. Even after the relocation, sonnenklar.TV and TVG will remain closely connected geographically, but at a location already characterised by a high density of media companies and television productions. The leasing of the spaces was advised by E.T. MYER Immobilien GmbH from Munich.
