Pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim has mandated STRABAG Property and Facility Services with the technical facility management of six office and administrative buildings. The properties are distributed equally across the corporate locations in Ingelheim am Rhein and Biberach an der Riß. In total, the managed portfolio covers a gross floor area of more than 100,000 square metres.
Comprehensive scope of services and continuous operational reliability
The contractually agreed tasks cover almost the entire spectrum of technical facility management. To ensure uninterrupted operation of the demanding administrative sites, a 24/7 on-call service seven days a week is integrated, among other measures.
Alongside traditional maintenance and technical operational management, STRABAG PFS is supporting the research-driven pharmaceutical manufacturer with decarbonisation and operational energy management. The objective is energy-efficient, forward-looking management of the existing building stock at both locations.
Cross-site management in a regulated environment
The coordination and management of the contractual services is carried out across locations via the central key account organisation of STRABAG PFS. The collaboration is structured on a long-term partnership basis to meet the rigorous demands of the research-intensive client.
