Paribus has completed its first property transaction since the acquisition of HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung GmbH in March 2026. This involved the successful sale of properties from IMMAC Pflegezentren K&S Renditefonds GmbH & Co. KG. The achieved sale price significantly exceeded the originally set minimum sale price, forming the basis for a higher return of funds to investors. Confidentiality was agreed upon regarding the specific purchase price.

The divested portfolio comprised three specialised care facilities. These are located in Dresden, Wilsdruff and Zirndorf. The properties are leased long-term to K&S Dr. Krantz Sozialbau und Betreuung GmbH & Co. KG. Together, these care properties offer approximately 383 inpatient care places. Over a period of several years, these facilities contributed significantly to the fund's stable returns.

Result for Investors

With the notarised sale now complete, the original investment is being concluded as planned. The transaction has an immediate positive impact on investors. According to current planning, the return of funds from the sale will increase to approximately 150 per cent of the originally invested capital. This significantly exceeds the earlier forecast of around 134 per cent. Investors had already received distributions during the fund's term, averaging approximately 132 per cent of the invested capital. Thus, the total return to investors will cumulatively reach over 280 per cent. The payout of the sale proceeds is scheduled for September.

Strategic Importance of the Transaction

Christopher Dill, Managing Director of Paribus Health Management GmbH, expressed satisfaction with the successful conclusion of the sale process. He emphasised that, together with HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung, a result was achieved for investors that exceeded original expectations. Dill highlighted that this transaction represents an important milestone, as it is the first to be successfully completed since the integration of HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung into Paribus. He also stressed that this demonstrates effective cooperation and the successful utilisation of shared expertise for the benefit of investors.
