The Hermann Friedrich Bruhn group of companies has concluded a lease agreement with Takko Fashion for an area of approximately 495 square metres in Marktplatz Galerie in Hamburg-Bramfeld. The opening of the new branch is scheduled for 27 August 2026. This establishment serves to strengthen the textile offering and expand the product range for families in the urban catchment area.
To create the required space for Takko Fashion, three formerly separate rental units on the first floor of the Marktplatz Galerie were combined. This allowed for the realisation of a pure retail area of approximately 410 square metres. The interior design concept of the new Takko shop includes the use of modern pendant lights, light colours and wooden elements to create a customer-friendly atmosphere. The product range will include fashion for babies, children, women and men.
Strategic Expansion and Location Development
Deirdre-Aileen Wolff, Regional Manager at Takko Fashion, expressed her gratitude to Marktplatz Galerie Bramfeld and all involved partners and colleagues. She emphasised the company's connection to the city of Hamburg and its planned presence at six locations. The different locations and catchment areas of the branches are considered to have great potential for inspiring customers with the fashion range.
Dennis Hartung-Mallon, authorised signatory of Bruhn Living Places Management GmbH, highlighted the importance of Takko as a strong and well-known tenant. He stated that Takko's concept aligns well with Marktplatz Galerie and the specific needs of customers in Bramfeld. This establishment is considered an asset to the centre. Marktplatz Galerie Hamburg-Bramfeld belongs to the Hermann Friedrich Bruhn group of companies. The management of the centre is undertaken by Bruhn Living Places Management GmbH, which specialises in the administration of mixed-use districts and shopping centres within the group of companies.
