The French Zurflüh-Feller Group has successfully acquired Stephan Dick Profile GmbH. In this cross-border corporate acquisition, the buyer secured comprehensive external support from professional services firm Rödl. The transaction marks an important milestone for the French group, which is purposefully expanding its presence in the Central European market with this move.
Interdisciplinary support for the M&A process
Rödl advised the Zurflüh-Feller Group throughout the entire acquisition process. The mandate encompassed all legal, tax and financial aspects of the corporate transaction. The advisory was delivered by an international, cross-disciplinary team of experts.
The lead at Rödl was held by partner Kai Graf von der Recke, who serves as co-head of the corporate law and M&A practice group. Under his leadership, the team covered all key phases of the acquisition process to systematically evaluate transaction risks and conduct negotiations in the buyer's best interests.
- —Execution of an in-depth due diligence review
- —Drafting and negotiation of all transaction documentation
- —Structured advisory during the signing and closing process
Strengthening the European market position
With the acquisition of Stephan Dick Profile GmbH, the Zurflüh-Feller Group is consistently pursuing its course of international expansion. The French company is thereby consolidating its market position as an established European provider of components used in external closures and modern building envelopes.
The integration of the new entity is intended to complement the group's existing value chain over the long term. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the precise financial terms or purchase price details. The transaction reinforces Zurflüh-Feller's profile in the demanding construction sector and underpins its long-term growth strategy across Europe.
