Aigner Immobilien GmbH has brokered a building complex in a central location in Fürstenfeldbruck. The transaction took place under an exclusive mandate. The property was sold by a private individual to a portfolio holder from the brokerage firm's network, who plans to further develop the site.
The established ensemble of buildings spans a plot of around 2,200 square metres and has a total lettable usable floor area of approximately 3,100 square metres. The building stock dates from the 1950s and has since been continuously maintained and renovated.
Structure and usage concept of the ensemble

- —Four residential and commercial buildings along the street frontage
- —A separate rear building with combined commercial and residential use
- —Space for retail, office units and residential accommodation across approximately 3,100 square metres
The contracting parties agreed to keep the purchase price and the exact address of the property within the town of Fürstenfeldbruck confidential.
Value stability through functional mix

She noted that this structure has provided a vibrant mix of retail, office and residential space for many decades.
According to the brokerage firm, this functional integration provides the asset with considerable value stability. At the same time, the property offers the acquiring portfolio holder sound optimisation potential for ongoing management and structural advancement of the ensemble.
